This is a full time position within Valley Pacific Petroleum’s accounting department in Stockton, CA. Individual will report to the Office Manager and work closely with the billing, AR and AP. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accurate and complete data entry associated with product deliveries, inventories and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs any billing department processes assigned in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
- Demonstrates proficiency in all billing department processes.
- Demonstrates proficiency in cash management and administration processes.
- Review customer PDI files to confirm they are complete and accurate at all times.
- Looks for inconsistencies and inaccuracies in billing paperwork.
